December 14, 2006 - In conjunction with the Tennessee SuperPrep Conference, HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL DATABASE announces the Tennessee SuperPrep Conference All-Decade Team (1997-2006), based on fan voting.  The offensive and defensive teams are as follows:
